11 courses including a regular training course. The Research Institute & Training Center not only performs OJT education, but also various types of programs entrusted by Korea Power Learning Institute, KHNP human resources development Institute, and other domestic education institutes. It provides the other education programs entrusted by domestic and foreign manufactures to train as professional engineers. In accordance with new maintenance practices in 2012, the Research Institute & Training Center provides practice education and programs including machines, welding, electricity, gas turbines, and steam turbines in safe circumstances. In 2013, the Research Institute & Training Center was approved as a professional training facility by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
